We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Europe: 5-7 days
Worldwide: up to 14 days

Please note that shipping times may be subject to delays due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


SHIPPING COSTS & DUTIES
- We offer free shipping.
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are included in the price.


Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or are missing packaging are not eligible for a refund. 
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at contact@sbthestudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back at your own cost using the label provided by us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.


REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

- Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the return is approved.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to  process the transaction.
